4. With the current issues surrounding race in the NFL, a recent diversity study gave the NCAA a poor rating for it's hiring processes in terms of diversity. By encouraging people from all walks of life to write play, we can fix the lack of representation in entertainment. 6. This article is about Lupita Nyong'o's recent criticism of Grazia magazine for photoshopping her hair. This was clearly a case of cultural insensitivity and theconstant reinforcement of white beauty standards. 7. This is an op-ed by Lupita Nyongo's experience with Harvey Weinstein at the start of her career. It has been truly heartbreaking to hear so many women speak of the harassment and abuse they faced at the hands of powerful men. Many of them had to choose enduring abuse in order to feel like they could have successful careers.
